We have been regularly supplying forged un-machined or machined hook duly proof load by GOVT approved test house 'IDLR' DOCK WORKERS (SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE) REGULATION, 1990 to all major crane manufacturing companies, Steel plants, Railways etc. and have executed several jobs under 3rd party inspection with BHEL, BSES LTD, SAIL, RITES (GOVT OF INDIA ENTERPRISE), NPCL, etc.

QUALITY CONTROL :

We procure tested raw material from leading manufacturers and stockist or even import in the form of rolled billets, rounds and slabs. The raw material is tested for chemical composition , physical properties and ultrasonic test as may be necessary in house and Govt approved test house as per customer requirement.The raw material of the required section is cut to stock sizes keeping in view the reduction to be given in forging. During the process of forging the items are carefully checked & inspected for dimensional accuracy at various stages by experienced engineer.The forgings are sent for normalizing, shot blasting, hardened & tempered where ever required with ultrasonic test or any other tests as specified by the customer.
