We take the opportunity in introducing ourselves as a professional manufacturer of high quality forged hooks for cranes & hoist dimension confirming to various Indian standards such as IS-3815/1969, IS-5749/1970, IS-6294/1971, IS-8610/ 1977, IPSS-1-08-004 and IS-15560 reaffirmed 2015 in grade, L, M, S, T, including broad variety of complete hook bottom block assembly personalized as per customer requirement in lifting capacity ranging from 1 ton to 160 tons.

We have been regularly supplying forged un-machined or machined hook duly proof load by GOVT approved test house 'IDLR' DOCK WORKERS (SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELFARE) REGULATION, 1990 to all major crane manufacturing companies, Steel plants, Railways etc. and have executed several jobs under 3rd party inspection with BHEL, BSES LTD, SAIL, RITES (GOVT OF INDIA ENTERPRISE), NPCL, etc.

Our team keeps a stringent eye throughout the production process, right from the procurement of raw material to the final dispatch.

For more than two decades thousands of these forged hooks and complete bottom block are in various fields of public and private sector mostly steel plants working satisfactorily and are widely acclaimed for their reliable performance and long-lasting service. With many years of business experience and constant efforts have helped us in earning a widespread and have gained a good reputation among our customer base for ourselves.

QUALITY CONTROL :

We procure tested raw material from leading manufacturers and stockist or even import in the form of rolled billets, rounds and slabs. The raw material is tested for chemical composition , physical properties and ultrasonic test as may be necessary in house and Govt approved test house as per customer requirement.The raw material of the required section is cut to stock sizes keeping in view the reduction to be given in forging. During the process of forging the items are carefully checked & inspected for dimensional accuracy at various stages by experienced engineer.The forgings are sent for normalizing, shot blasting, hardened & tempered where ever required with ultrasonic test or any other tests as specified by the customer.
